Nahida Jamal BHSc, ND graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, in 2010 after completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree at the University of Western Ontario. She began working part-time as an Educational Sales Representative for CLM Health Group in 2008, and upon graduation in May 2010, became their Medical Advisor. Dr. Jamal completed her 4 month clinical externship at Trinity Health Clinic in 2010 after which she was brought on as the Manager of Clinic Operations. In September of 2010, Dr. Jamal went into clinical practice in Toronto, as part of the team of doctors at Trinity Health Clinic.
Dr. Jamal’s practice focuses on assessing the various layers of health including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and uses a combination of eastern and western principles of treatment. She uses various naturopathic modalities such as traditional chinese medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, detoxification, drainage, physical medicine, lifestyle counseling and auricular medicine. She is FirstLine Therapy certified and heads Trinity Health Clinic’s weight management program. Dr. Jamal runs a family practice with a keen interest in sports medicine, musculoskeletal injuries, men’s/women’s health, as well as pediatric health. At the present time, Dr. Jamal is focusing on furthering her knowledge in the field of auricular medicine, as well as devoting time to the development and execution of various seminars offered by Trinity Health Clinic, for health professionals and the general public.
