Psychotherapy
Traditionally, psychotherapy is the treatment of psychological, emotional or behavioral disorders through interpersonal communication between the client and trained therapist. The goal of therapy is to establish a relationship of trust where you can feel free to express personal thoughts and emotions and gain insight into relationships or conflicts which are the source of difficulty. Although there are several schools of thought, Freud, Jung, Adler to name a few, the focus is multi-disciplinary to meet the individualized needs of each client.
We specialize in relationships, parenting conflicts, children and teens issues, personal and spiritual growth, anger management, depression, grief and loss, anxiety and fears. There is also an experiential component to the work which includes body psychotherapy.
